Community Involvement

Grace volunteers in the local schools, church and neighboring towns. Grace is involved in the Byram Hills High School parent association.  Grace is an active parishioner at St. Patrick's Church of Armonk, where she participates in the various Community Outreach programs through out the year.  Grace is a selected member of the Armonk/North Castle Communications Committee where she is called upon to meet monthly and brainstorm ideas on streamlining various functions of the office of communications and assist in the execution. Personal Interests

Grace has a thirst for traveling and touring different cities and countries. In her free time, she also enjoys cooking & entertaining, where she gets to practice her grandmother and mother's recipes handed down from their southern Italian heritage. Decorating is another passion that Grace enjoys and selling Real Estate is a natural extension of this passion. She has a great eye in helping sellers with staging their homes.


Grace has a BBA in Operations Management from Pace University.  Grace continues to participate in advanced Real Estate courses in order to keep current in the changing markets and also to distinguish herself as a leader in the forefront of the industry.

I would highly recommend Grace LoBello! A 5-star review from top to bottom.  Business and personal circumstances necessitated that I sell my home and move to another state.  Time was of the essence and while it was important to me that I move quickly, it was equally important to me that I obtain competitive price for the property.  Grace is extremely knowledgeable and the most competent realtor I've ever worked with.  She did a very thorough market analysis on the price and walked me through pros and cons of different strategies.   It was a very transitional time in my life and Grace kept me calm.  I knew she had my back and I could count on her to always return my calls. She was extremely thorough and pro-active in her marketing efforts.  The end result?  My condo went from listing to contract in 3 weeks at at the price I was seeking.  She is a fair and awesome negotiator and I will definitely use her again!!

Bought and Sold Home in Pleasantville

Sold Coop in White Plains

2016 saw lots of change for my family. It was time to sell my 89 year old Mom’s place and move her in with a family member. The challenge was that I live over an hour away from the apartment I needed to sell. Add to this I had to nurse my mom back to health after a fall, and I still had to care  for my own son and husband. Thank goodness for Ms. LoBello! I was able to count on Grace to efficiently handle all details for me, and to communicate regularly via telephone/email. She found qualified buyers, helped us settle on a reasonable price where we could get maximum value on this apartment without dragging the selling process out. PS our property sold before another similar one that had been on the market already! She is personable and knowledgeable. I'd use her again in a heartbeat!
